We are proud of our iFanatic collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED OR ALTERED and with ALL original packaging.

Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

How To Return Your Item
Please contact iFanatic before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip, along with the return reason. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Exchanging Your Item
Please contact Customer Service at iFan@i-fanatic.com, from 9am to 5pm EST to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS or FedEx at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Returning A Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service at iFan@i-fanatic.com. We can credit your account with iFanatic store credit.
